From Salt Lake City

Some News from the mountain, the ski season in Alta started very early this Fall, with a lot of beautiful powder snow, pretty cold too, the day before yesterday was 23°C below zero.... and I am skiing every day.
Yesterday was the "famous" Thanksgiving dinner.

Homemade Tarama Salata
Dinner
Duck terrine
Sweet and sour Onion's marmalade
Baby green's salad, white balsamic and olive oil dressing

Stuffed "Organic" Turkey from Utah
Mashed potatoes "provençale style" olive oil and garlic
Roasted Yams and fresh cranberries marmalade

Chocolate cake and Floating Islands, Pain d'Epices and Chocolate peacan's nuts tart.
